1. Product Testing (2 Positions | 1–2 Yrs Experience)
Location - Mumbai
Primary Role Deliverables:
Carrying out test cases, finding bugs, and assuring product quality.
Conduct integration, regression, and functional testing.
Keep track of flaws and work with developers to fix them.
Help ensure that the product is ready for release.
Core Competencies Required:
Understanding of software testing principles and instruments (automated/manual).
strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Skills in paperwork and attention to detail.
Fundamental knowledge of the HRMS field (recommended).
2. Sales Executive (1 Position | 2–3 Yrs Experience)
Location - Mumbai
Role Deliverables:
Generate leads via events, networking, and cold calling.
Convert leads into customers by pitching them Beehive HRMS solutions.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Keep track of CRM data and provide sales reports on a regular basis.
Core Competencies:
Demonstrated B2B sales expertise (preferentially HR tech/ERP).
Outstanding negotiating and communication abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
Goal-oriented and capable of working on their own.
3. Sales Manager (1 Position | 5–7 Yrs Experience)
Location - Mumbai
Role Deliverables:
Lead his team and himself in sales strategy and pipeline management.
Oversee and guide sales executives under him.
Establish solid client relationships with Decision Makers & Influencers for lead closure
Work together with presales and marketing to expand your business.
Accomplishment of both team's and your own targets.
Core Competencies:
5-7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the HR/ERP space.
Excellent team management and leadership skills.
Outstanding networking, negotiating, and communication abilities.
A track record of exceeding sales targets.
4. Pre-Sales (2 Positions | 2–3 Yrs Experience)
Location – Mumbai
Role Deliverables:
Provide presentations, solution proposals, and product demos.
Collaborate with the sales team and prepare brochures and content for social media
Gather client’s requirement, prepare technical documentation and deliver tailored solutions.
Market research and recommend addons to product team.
Core Competencies:
Two to three years of software solution presales expertise.
Excellent demo and product presentation abilities.
A strong grasp of the HRMS field (recommended).
Outstanding documentation, proposal writing, and communication abilities.
5. Implementation & Support (3 Positions | 2–3 Yrs Experience)
Location – Mumbai
Role Deliverables:
Deploy Beehive HRMS modules in accordance with customer specifications.
Provide user training and make sure adoption goes smoothly.
Respond to client inquiries and offer L1/L2 support.
For improvements and escalations, coordinate with the product/tech team.
Core Competencies:
2-3 years of experience in software support and deployment.
Excellent client-facing and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with HRMS/ERP software is preferred.
Effective training delivery and communication abilities.
